3am booty call and other smooth moves

Posted on June 21st, 2008 in Piper in Pucci by hireheels

It looks like Hillary received that 3 a.m. booty call
from the big “O” begging her for a hookup…From
the AP’s resident Obot Nedra Pickler:

“Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama’s
campaign announced Friday that he will campaign with
former rival Hillary Rodham Clinton next week, a step
toward unifying a fractured Democratic Party after a
bruising primary fight…
piper_in_pucci_byline
Obama’s campaign disclosed the joint appearance -
but offered few details (Piper’s note: Details? That’s just
so “old politics!”)
- one day after announcing that he’d
reverse an earlier position and reject some $85 million
in public financing for the general election. The
announcement drew sharp criticism and dominated
the news cycle.”

Thus, Axelrod sought to redirect attention by (forgive
me)
pimpin’ out hillary! So one day after reneging on
his public financing vow, the big “O” is relying on
Hillary’s cred and ovaries-of-steel to overcome a bad
news cycle.

What’s the matter, Sweetie? The MSM isn’t being
your fluffer anymore? So you need to channel
Hillary’s testicular fortitude to change the narrative
because, ah, well you have none?

Precisely why we Just Say No Deal to a joint ticket.
As veep, if Hillary wasn’t being relegated to picking
up O’s stinky socks or organizing his desk, she’d be
busy doin’ all the work while he lay back and enjoy.
That doesn’t work in the bedroom, and it sure ain’t
gonna work in the Oval.

Shorter me sans sexist stereotype: her talents will
either be squandered or used without credit.

Yes President Truman, I know, “it is amazing what you
can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit”. Well,
I care, and I’m convinced there won’t be many
accomplishments if Hillary were forced to endure the
missionary position. We still say: “Hillary On Top!”

So how about it, superdelis? You can still put the
better qualified, more electable candidate at the top of
the ticket, or you can continue to support a smooth
operator and lose in November. Better make the
right call, or we’ll continue to roar No Deal!

Princess has had her share of smooth operators — and girls, you know who yours’ are!!! I have said all along - women witnessed this elex thru the lens of their own lives — and, sorry sugardaddys…, but our radar is just a wee bit sharper….smart girls will never vote for obama - if they do, they will validate the slippery smooth moves by his campaign….not this girl — NO DEAL!!!!!!!

Sooo that’s what it is. Another O “distraction” from his breaking yet another signed agreement to accept public financing…that’s the third signed agreement he broke, 1 and 2 - - no campaigning in MI and FL. Campaigning his is fine, but no offer to be VP. It’s like dating a man who needs you to impress his friends, but just never asks you to a holiday family dinner. VP to O never!!

    yea flowerchild, abc news says
Sparks Fly at Black Caucus Meeting:

According to Rep. Yvette Clarke, D-N.Y., Obama then said, “However, I need to make a decision in the next few months as to how I manage that since I’m running against John McCain, which takes a lot of time. If women take a moment to realize that on every issue important to women, John McCain is not in their corner, that would help them get over it.”

Rep. Diane Watson (D-Calif.), a longtime Clinton supporter, did not like those last three words — “Get over it.” She found them dismissive, off-putting. “Don’t use that terminology,” Watson told Obama.

    the hill continues on more
heal now (! heal now I say! praise be to me, the great baracky!)

Sen. Barack Obama’s (D-Ill.) conciliatory tone turned sharp…when Rep. Diane Watson (D-Calif.) pressed him on how there needs to be healing in the Democratic Party.

“Look, Diane,” Obama said, according to a participant who attended the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC) meeting. “John McCain, if he’s elected, is going to pick a Supreme Court that will roll back every gain women have made in the last 50 years.”

women take a moment? realize? get over it? look? gentleman mccain is scary scary scarier than baracky? oh my what a condescending sharp *tone* you have there oh great baracky, whom has already rolled back women’s rights and race relations by six or sixty decades, and it’s only june. methinks he has just helped us create the basis of another justsaynodeal important media alert. the last thing we need in the universe or any circle of dante’s hells is for him to be allowed to give any kind of a speech on sexism like the *guys* are pushing him to do, before an actual woman does. in fact he has no business addressing it at all when he commits it all the time. that disqualifies you baracky. now don your dunce cap, apologise, and get your snob nose in the corner until we tell you can turn around.

as I always say, they can’t report on or *fix* or speechify sexism when it’s always in their mouths and all over their hands. they don’t get why we women do not trust them to fight for our rights and respect when it is them imposing teh sexism on us. “don’t sexism me bro!” doesn’t work. we get zapped every time.

    A WOMAN’S POEM:

Before I lay me down to sleep,
    I pray for a man, who’s not a creep,
One who’s handsome, smart and strong.
One who loves to listen long,
One who thinks before he speaks,
One who’ll call, not wait for weeks.
    I pray he’s gainfully employed,
When I spend his cash, won’t be annoyed.
Pulls out my chair and opens my door.
Massages my back and begs to do more.
Oh! Send me a man who’ll make love to my mind,
Knows what to answer t o ‘how big is my behind?’
I pray that this man will love me to no end,
And always be my very best friend.

    A MAN’S POEM:

I pray for a deaf-mute gymnast nymphomaniac with
Huge boobs who owns a bar on a golf course,
And loves to send me fishing and drinking. This
Doesn’t rhyme but, men don’t give a shit.

    The End

Pls ladies, don’t hurt me. Just a joke….

You know when you buy a pair of shoes from a smart-talking salesperson, even though they hurt your feet but that smart-talking salesperson tells you, “oh, the stretch with wearing” or “I can put pad in there that will solve everything”? And you buy the shoes, and guess what they hurt every dam’ time you wear them. That’s because the salesperson - not to say the shoes - let you down. And the only thing to do with those shoes is donate them to somebody whose feet they won’t hurt or just ditch them altogether.

That’s how it is with Senator Obama and all of his supporters who are wringing their hands about his flip-flop on public financing and his support of FISA. To them I say:

Loyalty when it is not blind loyalty is an amazing virtue. And betrayal is a wound that causes agony. So for those who feel betrayed by Senator Obama, I understand your indignation, anger, and pain. But did you honestly expect constancy and loyalty from Senator Obama? He has spent months displaying the opposite qualities. What you now have is a moment to learn: somebody who is betrayer will betray you over and over, as long as you give him or her the opportunity. The only way to stop it is to shun the betrayer, steer completely clear of him or her. Put your energies and attention elsewhere - perhaps toward reforming the D.N.C. or contributing to Senator Clinton to retire her primary campaign debt. Or toward your family, your friends, your pets, your community. But protect yourself from the repetition of the pain of betrayal - it is a wounding act that keeps on wounding, and you do not need to keep putting yourself through it again.

yes, this man is, as lambert at corrente said, ‘tone deaf’. ‘get over it’? the kicker was when he turned around and played innocent victim. he doesn’t take responsibility for anything. he’s putting the burden on hillary and her surrogates to bring us into the fold because he’s ‘too busy’ campaigning, much like he was too busy to hold any hearings of the subcommittee on european affairs that he chairs. (does anyone else see a pattern? he’s always too busy running for higher office to the job he was elected to do.) no o, the burden is on you to bring us around. good luck with that.

That is the line of the week.

On a serious note, Obama’s support of the FISA compromise that jut came out of the House is shameful, evne moreso for a so-called Constitutional scholar. Glenn Greenwald said in his criticism of Obama’s move something I’ve been saying for months: this attitude that we should uncritically support Obama in everything he does and refrain from criticizing him is unhealthy in the extreme. No political leader merits uncritical devotion…there are few things more dangerous than announcing that you so deeply believe in the Core Goodness of a political leader, or that we face such extreme political crises that you trust and support whatever your Leader does, even when you don’t understand it or think that it’s wrong.

Screw policy differences. Screw dirty tricks on the campaign trail. Even screw how he treated Hillary. This, more than anything, is sufficient reason to be very, very wary of the Obamamania. I just hope we at HH aren’t not Cassandras, doomed to prophesy the truth and be ignored.

I guess that makes another flip flop. So lets make room for some more obama supporters under the bus. Sista and Piper that makes to big errors of the “o” team…not a good week and then Newsweek fixes a poll thet has him up 15 points.

But aha! we caught your trick instead of polling likely voters they polled registered voters….I believe that this is to ensure that the big “o” gets his bounce. Team Graham at Newsweek we see right through you…no one has the big “o” up by more than 5 and all are n the margin of error.

he didn’t have a good week last week: the muslim women debacle, the public financing renege, the fisa capitulation, telling hillary supporting women to ‘get over it’, the lower fundraising numbers, and the ‘resistance is futile’ seal all scream what we knew all along: he isn’t ready for prime time.

While the Just Say Now Deal Coalition acknowledges that the Obama Campaign has a right to orchestrate their public events as they see fit,

the Coalition questions whether Senator Obama’s well-publicized and branded platform of a “new kind of politics” represents bona fide change or merely a brilliantly executed marketing campaign.

That Fisa bill looks to be problematic…. the telecom immunity I’m not terribly thrilled with… I think some regulations stating what their roles and responsibilities are when being contacted by the federal government should spelled out.
This article does a good job of explaining the potential issues with the FISA comprimise,
    http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2008/06/22/politics/animal/main4200909.shtml

It does however, miss the question of what is done with the aggregate(of the group) data.. monitoring all communications is akin to reading the minds of the people, and by looking at patterns, especially in response to events in the media… you get something that looks a bit like a crystal ball. who gets access to that?
